These terms apply to every stay at Casa Adele, Via Pietro Tiboni 18, Tremosine sul Garda (BS), Italy. Sending a booking request through this site means you accept them.

Booking and payment

A first booking payment of 50% of the total is due when booking. The second payment, equal to 30%, is due 60 days before arrival; the third and final payment, equal to 20%, is due 30 days before arrival.
Only bank transfers are accepted.
Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival. A receipt can be requested.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are required to respect the property and its contents. Please avoid causing any damage.
Pets are always welcome, but the owner must be notified in advance. Guests must ensure their pets do not cause any damage.
If pets are present, the owner will provide a blanket and a bowl, which must be returned to the owner at the end of the stay.

Damages and booking guarantee

Please report any damage to the owner.
Credit card details are required as a guarantee for the booking.
In the event of a dispute, the owner's decision will be final.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, the first and second booking payments, which together amount to 80% of the total, will be retained and are non-refundable.
If the third and final booking payment has already been paid, an amount equal to that final payment will be credited toward a future stay at Casa Adele. The credit must be used within one year of cancellation and is subject to availability.
If cancellation occurs before the due date for the third payment, that payment will not be due.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be retained.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is between 17:00 and 19:00. Check-out must be completed by 12:00.
Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability, for 50% of the current daily rate.
Guests must notify the owner of their expected arrival time via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
Valid identity documents for all guests must be sent via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before arrival. If the required details are not received, the apartment access code will not be provided.
