How long does it take to drive here from major cities?

Allow around 2 hours 15–45 minutes from Milan, 1 hour 15–45 minutes from Brescia, 1 hour 30 minutes–2 hours from Verona, and 2 hours 45 minutes–3 hours 15 minutes from Venice. These are estimates: traffic and your chosen route can make the journey longer, especially in summer. Check driving directions to Via Pietro Tiboni 18 before setting off.

What can I find and visit nearby?

Explore the villages of Tremosine, the Terrazza del Brivido in Pieve and walking trails in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. Down by the lake, Campione and Limone have beaches and activities such as windsurfing. For a day out, visit Riva del Garda, Lakes Ledro and Tenno, or the mountains around Passo Nota and Tremalzo. The villages also have bars and restaurants; we will share local recommendations when you arrive.

How long can I stay, and when is the house open?

Stays range from 2 to 30 nights. The minimum is 5 nights from 18 December to 3 January. Casa Adele is open throughout the rest of the year, with a winter break from 3 January to 23 March inclusive. Stays of 30 nights receive a 10% discount on the accommodation rate.

Which costs are added to the accommodation rate?

Final cleaning: €90 one-time. Gas: €15 per night from October to April; €30 per night from 18 December to 3 January; €30 one-time from May to September. Tourist tax: €3 per person per day for guests aged 14 or older; children under 14 are exempt. Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival, and a receipt can be requested. Stays of 2 to 5 nights carry the surcharges shown in the rates section.

When are the booking payments due?

A first booking payment of 50% is due when booking. The second payment of 30% is due 60 days before arrival, and the final payment of 20% is due 30 days before arrival. Payments are accepted by bank transfer only.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 17:00 and 19:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability, for 50% of the current daily rate. All guests' identity documents must be sent via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before arrival; without the required details, we will not provide the apartment access code.

How many guests can stay? Are pets welcome?

Casa Adele accommodates up to 6 guests. Pets are welcome: let us know in advance, and a blanket and bowl will be provided for their stay.
